At the time of cancellation of reservations and since it occurs 48 hours before the reservation date any value are not charged. After this period is charged the amount corresponding to 50% of the total.
Minimum age of driver and additional drivers is 19 years in most segments of the vehicles. Maximum of two young drivers per rental. Drivers must have a valid driving license for at least 1 year.
Yes. AzoresCar provides a Delivery and Drop Off personalized service, through which no longer have to travel to one of our stations to raise or deliver your rental car, since it can be delivered and collected at a location of your choice to agree . This service can be requested through our Reservations Center (needs confirmation) and an additional fee will apply.
The franchise may be partially or fully reduced by engaging extra optional insurances.
You can confirm the values by doing a simulation, since varies by vehicle segment and the optional insurance engaged.
If there is damage, drivers responsability, you will be charged the amount corresponding to their repair until the maximum value equal to the franchise.

Pick Up

Yes, at the time of delivery a complete check out of the vehicle is performed, the driver with an employee of AzoresCar in order to update the information in the lease and the vehicle condition. This procedure is repeated on the check in.
1) Driving license, issued more than a year and valid in EC; 2) Identification Document: Passport, Identity Card/Citizen's Card; 3) NIF (Portuguese Drivers); 4) Valid Credit Card.

Drop Off

You can extend the rental duration time in the check in or during the rental. You should contact or go to the nearest rental station. The extension depends of the availability of the vehicle and under payment.
If you need to contact the AzoresCar for any object left inside of our vehicles, please contact our Reservations Center. However, AzoresCar accepts no responsibility for items left in the vehicle at the end of the rental agreement.
Yes, Turisprime has the "Out of Hours" service in order to respond to situations beyond the branches schedule. This service should be asked at least 48 hours before (needs confirmation).
